Catherine (Cathi) W. Coney, President
Cathi Coney is co-founder of MBS Pharmacy, created in February 2004 to serve the pharmacy needs of skilled nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Since 2004 she has served as Vice President of Operations. Coney was promoted to President in January 2011. Currently, MBS Pharmacy serves over 40 long term care facilities with more than 4000 patients throughout the state of Texas. MBS Pharmacy employees 70 associates. She has a 14 year history in the Long-Term Care Pharmacy field.
Prior to joining Harden she worked for 12 years as a District Manager for a national retail pharmacy chain in central Texas. She was recognized as the District Manager of the Year in 1989.
Coney obtained her Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas College of Pharmacy in 1982. She is a member of the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.
Ed Gruber, Vice President, Clinical Services
Ed comes to TriScript with 27 years of experience as a pharmacist, pharmacy manager and business owner. Immediately prior to joining TriScript, he was a consultant pharmacist and regional consultant manager for SunScript Pharmacy. In this position, he managed and coordinated consulting services for Texas , New Mexico and southern Missouri . He is a member and director of the Academy of Consultant Pharmacists of the Texas Pharmacy Association and recently served on the Texas Department of Human Services panel to develop medication assessment tools for the Quality Monitoring system.
Ed earned a B.S. in Pharmacy from the University of Houston .
